Presenter Licenses and Authors

I have a customer who would like to create 3 authors but they only have 2 Presenter licenses.  Is Presenter set up as one author per license?

Typically, yes. Those who are in the Authors System Group are the ones who are publishing the content authored in Presenter to the Connect Pro server.

But then again, it is at the discretion of the end user. If they have someone who is only authoring content in Presenter and not publishing it to the server, but publishing locally instead, then it should be passed on to someone in the Authors group. This is done in cases when companies have an eLearning Architect or the like only building their content for them and passing it on via USB flash drive, email, etc.

Yes.  He was thinking he could have 2 authors set up per Presenter license and when he tried to add a 3rd author he was told that he exceeded his limit.  I just wanted to confirm that was correct.
