Video playback problems offline in long sessión (at around 1h 30m)

Hi,

I access to offline recordings of adobe connect meeting and I am experiencing some playback issues.

The conference long around 2h 30m, and I usually capture it with Bandicam for offline record, but when playing the adobe sessión, what I have realized is that it has video playback issues.

At around 1h 30m (sometimes less time), the video file freeze and doesn't update, but the audio is perfect, and it keeps running.

It happens in every playback that when the conference is long enought (more than two hours), I have problems in the playback.

Do you know any solution?

I have tried to play it either with chrome and firefox, with the plugins updated, and the problem appears in both browsers.

Just for clarity, is the playback freezing on the off-line video that you've captured?

I ask because I've had problems when using the Connect 'save for off-line viewing' function to download recordings as mp4 files. During the process the session is played back as it's converted and sometime the video freezes.
