Settings for Reporting to an LMS

I'm trying to report progress/completion to Pathlore using SCORM from a Presenter course.

The course currently doesn't report any progress and only shows that it has been launched. I expect the content to report a score (or percentage) and status (Completed, when all slides have been viewed) after closing the course.

I've tried just about every combination of settings. Nothing is working like I expect it to.
Current settings:
LMS: SCORM
Report data: Report slide views only; 100%
Pass or Fail: Report status as defined by report data
Report Score to LMS as: Score
Reporting Level: Only report the score

Manifest indicates proper version of SCORM--1.2.

The course launches, audio works.

Any ideas to try?

I was able to send a Completed status by choosing "Report user access only." That is a bad workaround but shows that my LMS is able to receive updates from Presenter.
