report-bulk-consolidated-transactions not showing all transactions?

Hi all,
We are using the API to get all transactions of users viewing a piece of content. According to the API documentation for v7 example: If a principal takes two courses three times each and passes each only on the third try, six transactions exist: one for each attempt on each course.

So I have a piece of content. I call report-bulk-consolidated-transactions with filter for that SCOID. I get a list of people who viewed it...but only 1 row per user, and only for the first time they view it. No subsequent views of that content by that user generate any more transaction rows.

Has anyone else has this problem?

When looking to the viewing of an object are you talking about a Connect Course or a Connect Content as the tracking is different for them.

If you are looking at Content then it makes sense that you see one line per view as user specific data is not tracked with Content.

If you are looking at a Course then you should see the user's entire history.
