Uploading Content in Connect v7

Has anyone else had issues with users uploading multiple content files and it erroring out? I just had a user try to upload 2 files and only 1 uploaded. I checked the temp log and the other one just stopped uploading at like 60MB. This has been happneing for a while. Any ideas?  I have checked the config file and we can upload a max file assest size of 1GB so size is not the issue.Thanks.
