no desktop share ...only DOCUMENTS AND WHITEBOARD

can not figure this out...

it is sporatic...when i start my meeting in share mode...the Desktop Share is not there to share my desktop or apps...and even started a new blank meeting it did not appear either??

If you go to the Pods menu at the top of your screen, hover over Share, you should be able to bring in a New Blank Share Pod.

Joe,

The other thing you may be seeing is if someone with Admin rights to the Connect server is playing with the compliance settings and turning off the ability to screen share, then you would lose that functionality in your room.

It's a long shot answer, but one to be aware of.

Also check to make sure that you are a Host or Presenter in your meeting.  If someone else created the meeting or you are signed into two accounts at once, you may be entering your meetings as a Participant which would explain why the controls are not visible.

Run the Adobe Troubleshooter. You may have to install or reinstall a plug-in.

The Troubleshooter is in the Help menu in the meeting room.
