customizing tab names

Is it possible to customize the tab names
For Example, the default tabs in the home page are
My Calendar
My Meetings
Training Catalog etc

Is it possible to replace "My Meetings" with "My Custom Meetings"

I've never tried it, but if you running your own licensed server, then the strings will be located in the language files (en.xml, etc...), and you should be able to change them.  Beware of upgrades reverting your changes though (i.e. this is unsupported).

Iam running my own licensed server.  I tried changing ths strings in en.xml. That did not work.
Any other suggestions?

Try restarting the ConnectPro Service in the Services panel.  ConnectPro caches all the language strings in memory for performance reasons.  It does not pick up changes to en.xml that you may make along the way.
