Flash Quiz Template integration with Connect server

This may be a Flash question rather than a Connect questions but someone here may know the answer.
I am trying to use Flash as the development tool for creating a quiz. The quiz templates allow me to create the quiz questions and I can upload the files to the Connect server but there are no AICC files when I publish the quiz. Therefore there is no integration with Connect when the quiz is made into a Course.
Is there some setting in Flash for automatically creating the AICC integration files when publishing?

A new tutorial was recently uploaded to the connectusers learning center which outlines the steps you need to take and provides some samples you can download.
