Hello!

we bought a license for Adobe Connect. Where can I download the distributions of products? I need adbo connect server v9.

You should have recieved an email from Adobe with your access information. This may have ended up in your junk email box, so check there. If you can't find it you can call Adobe's Enterprise Support at 866-335-2256 and they should be able to resend the email. You can also reach out to your reseller and they should be able to help.

Keep in mind that it can take 3-5 business days to process your order and get you the welcome email. So if it hasn't been that long, you may just need to give it a day or two.
