Possible to Add an "Email" Field to Guest Entry Screen

Hi All,

I was wondering if it would be possible to require an "Email" and "Company Name" field for Guest entering an Adobe Connect Room. These participants are not being required to register to attend/enter the room.

Short of using the Events tool for Connect (would be an additional purchase), no this isn't possible. If you wanted you could create your own login page and then have someone join the room using an API call, but this would result in the additional data, Company Name and Email, being collected outside of Adobe Connect.
