Meeting room "locks" down

Following problem:
irregularely some of our meeting rooms lock. There is no way to access the meeting room after "lock". Connect add-in simply does not start up and seems to be in a loop. Other rooms work fine. So far the only solution I have found out is to restart the server. Not a very practical since there are other meetings going on.

Could this be the result of host only exiting meeting and not ending the meeting? Should a host always end meeting instead of only exiting?

Locking happend randomly on any rooms.

This is a bug and should not be happening (I have not seen it happen). Have you looked through debug.log and/or the meeting-room-specific log file? What version of Connect are you running?

Acrobat Connect Pro 7 SP1. I have not looked at the log files. But if it is a bug, that is a pretty clear answer to the problem. Hope they would fix it or at least make to web interface some kind of "kill switch" to end meeting without entering the meeting.

You should upgrade to SP2.  Alternatively you could call Adobe Support. 
I beleive there is an FCSj patch for this issue.
