Sharing video in share pod - no audio

Hi Guys

I wonder if you can help me. I've been trying to share a video using the share pod and one of two things happens, I either get the sound but no video or I get the video but the sound isn't broadcast to participants. I've played around with the quality settings to check it wasn't a bandwidth issue but that didn't work.
I was trying to play mp4 videos.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Harri,

What are the encoding settings for the MP4? Can you identify which configurations had which result?

I would also try converting the video to an FLV, to see if that makes any difference.
