Tell A Friend

I've just uploaded a new SWF to the exchange that some may be interested in.

This simple SWF enables participants in a Connect Pro meeting to notify friends and colleagues about a meeting they are in. The host and presenter have access to a drop down menu (click the arrow at the top of the screen) that can be used to enter a URL. Once a valid URL is entered (must begin with http), the Tell A Friend button is activated for all participants, presenters, and hosts within the meeting. Participants can click the button and add an email address or simply launch their default eMail client.

This looks like a very useful tool. Anyone who wants to try it out as a user may join us in a Connect Pro session that is free and open to the public.  Today at 12:30 p.m. EST, 9:30 a.m. PST.

We will be using live streaming video through the Camera Pod, showing PowerPoint slides, showing recorded video and other things such as downloading files, chat and perhaps using the notes pod.

Tell a Friend will be loaded so that those who sign on can invite others. You're welcome to try it out.  Won't be a disruption.  Sign on  a few minutes before session begin. 

The title of the session is The TRP Mastery Series--a monthly online follow up to training we offer.

Also, we would appreciate any feedback which can be sent to thomas@trpnet.com.  You can share the URL with your friends even before the meeting.
