tracking survey submissions

is it possible to track individual survey submissions for a public presenter 'quiz'?
we've got a quiz which uses all survey questions, and would like to track individual respondent's answers.  i am not sure this is possible, as we are not asking for any authentication, *and* it's a survey.

additionally, we do not have the learning/course mgmt portion of Connect running.  i have a suspicion this may make a difference, too.

got what i needed through the xml api.  was able to sort by transaction to 'follow' a single user.
