Enabling Premier in user profile error

After upgrading to Connect 7 we now have users who cannot enter Premier codes into their user profile. They select the Audio Bridge drop down, enter the Premier codes and Save but Connect throws the error "Request Not Processed". When they go to select Premier from the drop down menu again the Premier fields are populated with the codes they just entered. However they still cannot save the setting and enable Premier in their profile.

We've verified that Premier is configured correctly and are able to enter the Premier codes for some users who did not already have Premier codes in their profile before the upgrade. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?

Call Adobe support (or you can try Premiere support). They will no doubt have to do a fix on the phone integration tool behind the scenes, but it should be a quick fix.
