technical issue with Training catalog

Any information regarding this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I saw the other post you had and replied - the best place to start would be to check the debug.log file for any logs related to the time you attempted to access the catalog.

See if it produces any errors that are more "verbal" than this one.

Log into your server and locate your Breeze directory (where Connect is installed).

In that directory, there is a logs directory. From there, a support directory - and you should locate your debug.log file in there by date. It could be quite large depending on your server usage.

If you are hosted at Adobe then you need to contact support as you will not have access to those logs.
