Meeting template question

If I create a meeting based on the default meeting template, and then later, change part of the template, will it update any meeting that was created using that template?  Or is it just a one-time-deal, where it looks at the template once, at creation, and uses that to create the room?

Re: Meeting template question

Just a one time deal. When the room is created it is a duplicate of the template, but can be modifided beyond that. Think of the template as a starting place.

Re: Meeting template question

Is there any way to reapply a template after the initial creation (Aside from manually undoing any changes made to the meeting)?

If you are looking to re-create a meeting with the same URL but with the original data, you could delete the meeting and then create another one using the original template and the desired URL.

Note though that this will delete all meeting data as well so reports for polls, who attended, etc, won't be retained if you follow this process.  It just allows you to keep a URL constant but "re-set" the room.

Re: Meeting template question

If your happy with a certain Meeting Room layout you might consider to move it to the Template folder and give it a template name.
Alternatively move it to your private Template folder.
