Not more than 19 user can enter into the meeting

Hi,
i have an issue with connect meeting. I have a license for 100 users to enter into the meeting room. But somehow when ever 20th user enters the meeting rooms he/she gets an error Error.invalid.no-such-item. i checked the access.log file and got the same error there "Value field-id is a unknown in the system."    MEETING    INVALID_NO_SUCH_ITEM". Any suggestions are appreciated.

Take a peak in the debug.log file, as that generally will tell you more about what's going on.  Another area to check:  are you using a meeting room vs. seminar room, and if so, what are the corresponding quotas.  Take a look in the Admin tab to verify your license quotas are consistent with what you think you bought.
