Unable to View Presentations

Some of our customers are experiencing difficulty viewing our presentations today. When they click the presentation URL the gray screen pops up but the loader doesn't start, nor does the presentation open.

We have had no prior problems with these same courses. The only thing that has changed is that Adobe increased our server space. Are there problems with the server today? Are there peak hours in the day that this may occur? Has anybody else been experiencing similar problems?

Hi Bob,

Does the green connection progress line appear? If it does then your affected users may have a firewall issue. Either your IP addresses or the necessary port may be blocked by their firewall. It sounds like you're on a hosted solution so it's probably not the port being blocked.
