Recorded Meeting Won't Play

I recorded a meeting today and when I attempt to play it back it plays for a second then stops.

Clicking on play or pause doesn't work.  I have tried playing it back in Chrome, Firefox and IE.  The same thing happens when I go in to edit the recording.

I didn't get any errors during recording.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hello,

Out of curiosity...have you tried editing the recording at all?

If not, then try that and see if it plays...could try editing out the part that is stuck to see if it works after that?

It's Windows only but can be very helpful.

add the parameter &smartPause=false in the url recording link

This trick helped me ALOT... and the weird thing is that I don't see much people using this.
