The ability to record the breakout rooms (audio and video)

Hi,

How can we have the ability to record the breakout rooms (audio and video) into a separate recording? As I found in Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro documentation, everything that happens in the Main room is recorded, except for the Presenter Only area and breakout rooms.
Is that a limitation of the recording capability of Acrobat Connect Pro? What I am looking for is to probably add a custom-built flash/flex recorder in each of the breakout room so that it captures all the breakout room (as separate files). Do you have any suggestions how we can do this?

Hey Roman,

The breakout rooms do not get recorded by Connect Pro.  One of the features that was added in Connect Pro 7 though was the ability to bring any content from a breakout room into the main meeting room so the content itself can still be on record.

I'm not sure that it would be possible to build a custom pod to record the individual breakout rooms since custom pods are not usually "aware" of the other pods inside of a Connect Pro meeting.  Remember that any custom pod needs to be Actionscript 2, so Flex may not be a solution here.

The easiest alternative if recording is absolutely critical, may be to set up other meeting rooms instead of using breakout rooms.  The other meeting rooms could be recorded.

Recording Breakout room audio through telephony is only possible with one auido carrier: Meeting One. Other than that the funtionality is useless.
