Flash Video Starts Out White

I have built a project in Captivate with an embedded flash video.  The video plays back fine when you preview it in Captivate.  When it's played back through my Connect Pro server the first 5 sec. of the video is white.  You hear the audio, but the video starts out white.  Does anyone have any answers or solutions.

When you published your captivate file to the server did you check off the "Publish Video Files (*.flv)" option in the Publish dialog?  Does the video eventually start playing?  If you view the Captivate file on a regular web server (not Connect Pro but not off your desktop) does the same behavior occur?
