imported swf - Can I layer with other graphics?

I'm using Presenter 6.0, Powerpoint 2007, and I've imported a .swf (Flash 8). Is there any way to overlap a static graphic on top of the .swf in Presenter? When I draw anything on top of the swf area, it automatically goes behind it, even if I try to bring it forward.

Also, is there any way for imported Flash buttons (swf) to be used for navigating through Powerpoint/Presenter slides?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Re: imported swf - Can I layer with other graphics?

Hey Wat,

Unfortunately, that's a "no can do" scenario in Presenter.  All flash objects will automatically be stacked at the highest level, which means that such elements could potentially obscure PowerPoint objects drawn/created on a slide.

As for creating swf buttons to control the navigability in Presenter, there was a post (very early on when this forum was first created) from asmOd (i think) and he talked about the correct naming conventions and pathing to control various elements in the Presenter environment.  I'll do some hunting around and see if I can come up with anything.
