Connect Pro Server Outage
We experienced a brief server outage on 10.23.08 and our presentations were unavailable. Did anyone else experience this problem and are outages something we should be concerned with in the future?

When you say you had an outage, what exactly do you mean? We use a hosted service and there have been times when Adobe has had a problem on their end, and rather than the page loading we saw an error page with information about the system being down. When this happens, Adobe usually gets things back up within a few hours, and this rarely happens. Also, on weekends Adobe will do maintenance, but I know the 23 was not on a weekend. Was there a specific message you received about the "outage" or did people simple report things not working? A little more information may give us an idea as to if this is something to be concerned about.

I believe hosted infrastructure guarantees 99.99% up, so that's around 5 minutes/month. This doesn't include scheduled maintenance, however.
