pdf files into Flashpaper convert, but slides are now vertical!

Anyone have this problem/remedy?

I've tried all the options of rotation and output settings in Adobe Acrobat.

Flash Paper is a print driver so just select a different page layout when you print (don't use the short cut buttons or right click options), open your PDF and in the file menu select print, select the Macromedia FlashPaper print driver, select properties and then select portrait. Click ok and then print.
