A problem - permissions are not assigned while we try to connect via A

When a user creates a webinar through our script, which uses Adobe Connect services, he doesn’t get granted host status. This problem never occured before when we had Adobe Connect ver 8.
We couldn’t find any differences in manuals for API’s of both versions. Also we have checked logs of Adobe Connect and found no related to the issue records.
We are using AC, ver 9.5. Please suggest us what changes have been done in API of the latest version of AC and what are differences in the settings in comparison to previous versions? Thank you in advance.
