make offline mp4

Hi
I maked offline mp4 after meeting.
I can create mp4 file and  can play Windows Media player.

After that , I try to encode this file .
I want to transcode for streaming file (Like .ts)
However, it came out error. It was not possible to encode.

I examined the file.
And then, the length of time of the video, the length of time the audio was different.
Therefore, it could not correctly encoded.

Encoder I used to,
・elemental
・TMPEG encoder

We believe that is correct time of the video and the audio will be the same thing.

Someone just like to do you in trouble with me?
