Draw Toolbar v 9.3+: Detailed Info?

I need detailed information - preferable a video - about using all the capabilities of the Draw Toobar in v9.3 and later.
The User Manual has scant info, and at least one important point is wrong!
One page in Tutorials, and it's more like a short marketing piece.

Basically I want to know how to do the things I'm accustomed to doing in v9.1 using that toolbar.
