"talking icon" not turning on when attendee is talking

I have noticed that the talking icon  is not consistently on when people are speaking.  Does anyone have a fix?

Just curious whether you are using integrated telephony (i.e. Premiere, Avaya, etc...) or VoIP for audio?

Also - is this a hosted or on premise account?

We are also experiencing this problem.  We use VoIP - no telephone use yet.  We are hosted on the Adobe servers (ASP).

We are using  VoIP for audio, and we have our own server.

This is often caused by high latency between users and the server (which may be due to poor connection, saturated bandwidth to the server, high load, etc...).  Since you are deployed on your own server, I'd suggest monitoring your bandwidth capacity when this issue is noticed (both at the server, and the "victim" PC)
