Whiteboard Problem
Does anyone have an easy way to solve the problem of multiple people using the whiteboard and people getting confused about which button to push (enable/disable whiteboard tools, clear, share pod control buttons, etc.)?
I wish connect had a feature that just let attendees draw/type without giving them full share pod control. Suggestions?

Re: Whiteboard Problem
It sounds like you are making them all prsenters...is this the case? Better to click on a participants name and from the small 'cog' icon in the same attendees list, choose "Enhance participants rights"...then just give who you want the right to use the whiteboard.
Otherwise, it's just a matter of asking those with the ability to behave themselves and only write when asked ;-)

Re: Whiteboard Problem
The enhanced rights to the Share Pod still creates a massive problem. It gives the participants the ability to contol all the sharing features.
Is there any plans to upgrade the permission levels to allow participants to use the annotation tools only. Without it, it's not very collaborative. Seems to be like it's just another level of access rights that should be available.
