Make offline not working

HI,

I’m trying, as I do after each monthly webinar to pull down a copy of the event’s recording. I used to use the Make FLV and it worked fine.

Now I have the option to save as MP4 or FLV and I’m not able to get either to work.

For both options the start of the process all the way though the full play back goes along as expected.

The FLV file is present where expected and on playback looks awful

the entire view is splatter of color and blobs of color, nothing recognizable.

I’ve seen this in the past and just redo the FLV download and it clears up… not sure what causes this and this time not able to get a clean FLV recording.

For MP4 - everything starts fine and goes through the process fine… expect I do not get a file on my machine. Not in the designated folder, nor one I can find using a search. I’ve event searched just for recent files or for all mp4’s and am not able to find the recorded event….

Help, I want to post the recording as a podcast and on my site with some editing… and not able to get a copy to work with.
