No Audio Integration on Recording

Hi All,
Just recorded a meeting with Premiere conference bridge BUT no audio recorded.

Camera pod showed video on the recording (and I turned off voice in VoiP voice pod) ... Is that the problem or is there something else I need to know.

Got a confirmation email from Conference Center that recording will be ready in two hours....am I impatient or incapable?

When using Premiere, they say that the recording may take up to 24 hours to have the audio attached. I have seen it come through in 30 mins to an hour.

However, if you don't see it on the recording then you need to call Premiere and let them know. The email confirmation will be useful as it will have the recording information. Once they know of the problem, they should be able to do some behind the scenes magic and get it associated with your recording.
