First, perfect use of Captivate! 

Here's a hack that should get you there:  in the URL in your browser, there is a row count or filter or list-rows (can't remember exactly) parameter that is probably set to 50 or 100.  Change that to some large number, click enter to reload the page, and you should get a larger list to eventually find the individual you are seeking.
