Connect Pro Recordings

Is anyone else having problems with connect pro not recording everything. We have had the problem with parts of the audio webconference not being recorded. Ex, you wear  the instructor answer a students question but you never hear the question.

I have had parts of the visual content not get recorded, but not the audio.  For me, the screen share did not get recorded, but the cause was never identified.  It has been a while since I have had that happen though.

Was the question done via audio as well and was it heard in the live session?

Was the question asked by the student or by the Instructor who was repeating something from say a chat or Q&A pod ?

I have also had team presentations where I have heard a team member give his part of the presentation live but when you go back and listen to the recording part of his audio presentation is gone but you can see the presentation slide moving.
