Presenter 7.0.1 doesn't display in PowerPoint 2007

I've attempted to install/uninstall/reinstall Presenter several times without success in having the Presenter Menu show up in Powerpoint. It goes through the installation ok, the Adobe Presenter Sample shows up on the desktop.  I've checked com add-ins and it's not listed there.  I've tried it on 2 systems with same results.  I do have other add-ins successfully working. Running Windows Vista Ultimate, MS Office 2007.
