Importing wav file

Does anyone know about importing wav files into presenter? When I imported a wav file, presenter didn't take it and said the file is corrupt. This happens with any wav files. The literature for presenter says that it can support wav and mp3. Has anyone had this happen before? Thanks very much

i have never faced this problem. i import wav files all the time.

When you import a WAV file is must be a PCM WAV file. Any other (MPG WAV) will not be accepted.
