Right-Click

We are a software house and use Connect to demonstrate our software to potential clients.  Our software maked heavy use of right-clicks of the mouse to show contextual options. 

When we show our desktop to users and then give them remote control they are unable to use right-click as that is a function to control the embedded flash control.

Any ideas on how to get around this?
