Great Resource: How to Sell a Telework Program to Your Company

Hi All,

Just came across a great resource on the web for those of you who are trying to make the case for web conferencing in your organization.  The state of Virginia has made available information for managers regarding telework initiatives:

What I found really interesting was the "Dos and Don'ts" section where the emphasis was on trusting your employees.  While you might think letting people work from home is the perfect recipe for decreased productivity, there is something to be said for trusting them.  They will likely reward your trust with a greater investment in the company and appreciation for letting people work in a way that makes them most effective.
