Any support for Asia users?

Hi,

My company is interested to implement Connect Pro but we are not able to get anyone from Adobe Singapore to reply me on how to go about it.  Is there any users in Asia, esp. in Singapore whom had implemented this or purchased by user package... pls. share your views.
