The meeting room could not connect to the Connect Pro Server

Hi Friends,

Please can any one help on the below problem.

When i tried to connect from my meeting room (from URL) to Connect Pro Server, Its giving below mentioned error.

System Error:
          The Meeting Room could not connect to the Connect Pro Server.

I am unable to find out the fix.

Please help on the same issue.

Check your firewall settings and check that the domain itself is responsive.

In addition to jcooper's suggestion, I would also recommend hitting the connection test for your server/service.  It's available as a link on the "Getting Started" page, and should provide you with additional data (unable to connect to one of the underlying server components, ssl issue, etc...)
