Some of my Powerpoint 2007 "Picture Tools" features don't import

I have created a presentation in PPT2007 and have included the "Soft Edges" picture effect and "Drop Shadow Rectangle" picture style on a number of the images.  When imported into Connect Pro Meeting the features are removed.  I have tried saving the presentation as PPT 2003 file, then importing it.  Still no such luck!  Any thoughts out there?

First thing that comes to mind would be to "save as (png)" for these pictures and then re-import them. This will probably rasterize the effect.

The other thing would be to turn your PPT into Flash paper, and upload it as such. But you would lose all animations, if you have any.

Thanks for the advice.  Yes, I saved them as PNG and pasted them back into the PPT presentation.  That worked.  Much appreciated!
