Site hang on load - do I need a plugin?

When accessing this site the browser just hangs.  This has happened on WinXP, Win 2000, firefox and Internet Explorer.

Is there a plugin or update that is needed to counter this or is the problem within the actual sites compilation of this particular slide..?

I am supporting a user in this matter so I don't actually use this package myself, your help would be appreciated.

it would seem that the user's isp/school/library/business/office/whatever is blocking port 1935.  port 80 will get you the loading screen, 1935 gets you the content.
