Identify the concurrent number of users

We are using Adobe Connect Enterprise Server with 50 maximum users at the same time in meeting rooms.  The problem is that we cannot monitor how many people are currently connected across all the meeting rooms.

We have more than two meeting rooms hosted by geographically dispersed meeting hosts. They often complain that sometimes they cannot accept enough users due to the 50 users quota. But we don't know how many users are connected at that moment, because there is no way to view the total number of users at this moment.

Is there any way to do that?

Click on Administration.  You should see your account summary.  The meeting listing (under the Features heading) should detail your pricing model.  This should show something like Meeting Peak Concurrent Users: x/50
This should update as people enter meeting rooms (you'll need to refresh the page).

Another way is to click Administration | Reports (just above the Account Information heading) | View Meeting Reports.  This will show active meetings w/ the number of participants in each.
