meeting reports -- Active Meetings

I click Administration | Reports | Meeting Reports (view)  and see that there are three meetings listed as Active Meetings.  One is legit, active and ongoing.  The other two have been 'active' for 28000 and 32000 minutes.
Is there an administrative function to clear these? (short of a restart of the Connect service).
Also, why are they still there, and might they cause performance issues?

Thanks,

Greg

Re: meeting reports -- Active Meetings

i think i got this cleared up.

I entered each of the meetings, then left again.
Within a couple of minutes, they had cleared from the report.

Now, if I just knew why they persisted for 500+ hours........

Re: meeting reports -- Active Meetings

I have it happen every once in a while too.

They appear in the Active Meetings list because there's no end-time in the database for that meeting.  I don't know why it sometimes fails to add an end time, but that's why it's showing in the report.

If I have a maintenance window coming up, restarting the services clears it up.  Your support PoC@Adobe should be able to help you with a way to make the orphaned meetings go away by manipulating the database.
