Auto Enhanced Rights

All,

Is it possible to auto enhance a users rights as they enter a meeting room. The meeting room I'm using will be used for training and will not be moderated. I want to be able to auto enhance user's rights as they enter the room so they have the ability to practice using their web cameras, but not have access to change any of the other pods on the screen.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Can I do that via API? Is there any way to enhance tha rights of the user programmatically?
