Launch replay URL in the Add-in, instead of in a browser window?

I have a replay URL, but (by default) this loads up inside a browser window.  Is there any way to get this to launch inside the AdobeConnect launcher app instead?  That way, I don't get the browser "extras", like the toolbar and tabpage headers, etc.  Even when you go Full Screen in the browser, you still have some of the screen devoted to the browser frame. 

I've tried adding &launcher=true, but I see a brief message that "Adobe Connect add-in is not installed" (um, it is...) and it loads inside the browser window anyway.

And I'm not the author or owner of the replay - I was just a participant, so I can't get at it through AdobeConnect Central.
