Session Timed Out error logging into live seminar
Hello,
We are sporadically seeing users who get the "Session has timed out" error upon logging into the seminar room for the live session. There is no consistency across browsers or operating systems. Clearing browser cache and logging back into the seminar does not resolve the issues.
Our users are logging in via an API that creates a seamless login from our website, so the user never has the direct link to the seminar room. However, if we provide the user the direct link, the message does not appear. However, then we lose the data tracking from our proprietary LMS.
I know this message often appears in tandem with Presenter 9, but we are not using Presenter in these cases. We are running Connect 9.3.1 as a licensed deployment.
Any similar experiences?

These changes should absolutely be resolved in 9.4.
