Connect V7 and Premiere Global (Mute Feature)

Since we upgraded to Acrobat Connet Pro Version 7, the mute feature with Premiere Global isn't working correctly.

Basically, you have to select the "mute me" option twice.  The first time, it does mute your phone, but does not reflect via the muted icon in the meeting.  The second time, it stays muted, but the muted icon appears.  Same for unmutting the phone.  First time it works, the phone is no longer muted, but the icon is still the muted icon.  Second time it still is unmuted, but the icon changes. 

When a participant uses *6, the phone mutes, but the icon does not update.  When they press *6 the second time, the phone unmutes, but the icon changes to the mute icon.

The features are working otherwise.  Anyone else having this problem?

Yes, we are also having this exact problem.  We are using the hosted solution.  How about you?  It is very confusing to know who is muted and who isn't when the icons don't change like they should.

I do believe this has been reported to both support groups and a fix is being worked on.
