Creating Multiple Users in One API Call

I have a use case in which I will need to create multiple Users. This could potentially be hundreds of users. Ideally I would like to do this in one call rather than make a separate call for each. I can see where I can add multiple Meeting participants in a single call but I cannot see any way to do the same thing when creating users.

Has anyone any info on this?
