ADOBE CONNECT TRIAL - FULL VERSION - Lost Recordings

Hi,

I ran the trial version of Adobe Connect and was blown away by its usefulness in my online school. It blew away the competition and so I decided to buy the full version. I've now found that all the recordings (5 of them) of meetings I did using the trial version have disappeared now I'm using the full version. I thought it would be a smooth transition.

I now have a School full of angry students who wish to access previous meetings but now, obviously can't. What can I do? They MUST exist somewhere!

Did you purchase your account through a reseller? Are the recordings not there, or are the students trying to access the recordings through the URLs from the trial account, which are likely no longer valid with the paid account?
